You will look forward to Mondays with this relaxing class, suitable for all levels including complete beginners. A mixture of slow flow yoga, yin-style stretches and breathing techniques. This really is “you time”

Here are some of the things you can expect during my Monday yoga class:

  • A big emphasis on slowing things down, including your breath
  • Stretches held for up to 3 minutes, in a mindful way
  • Alternatives always given for different abilities and body shapes
  • Flowing slowly through Hatha yoga poses
  • A final relaxation where you may fall asleep
